Due to the large number of graduates for the class of 2019, facility constraints will require an off campus site in the event that Gaelic Park is not an option. Should this occur we will need to look at alternate venues such as Van Cortland Park, to accommodate the two commencements. Arrange meetings with the parks department, provosts office, registrar and other facilities to work through and evaluate this option in terms of logistics and costs.

To further enhance the usability of the commencement web site, reach out to various departments to achieve the goal of a more accurate and earlier gathering of information on student eligibility.

Re- wok the planning, implementation, printing and all event related details relating to the 2018 De La Salle Diner as the location will change to a new venue.

Revised and streamline all communication between the commencement office and graduating students, parents and faculty.
