With the current use of Google Forms, 25Live, and Microsoft Excel, we have been tracking all events from our office on a daily basis. However, a combination into one program would make this office more efficient and our workflow would improve. Our capacity to monitor and provide services for the entire community, including faculty, administrators, and students, would improve.

There are many monthly topics, from Black History Month to Womens History Month, in which we can provide more attention to. We have improved the caliber of our lecture speakers to be more than an entertainment value, and will continue to look to speakers and events within New York City that can help with these programs.

Born out of feedback from our External Review to work with other offices within Student Life on Leadership Development, this program has grown, starting with our office working exclusively first with Residence Life, and now other offices within Student Life. This program needs additional advertising moving forward and inclusion for all students. Connecting Leadership programming within it to cultural and timely events would be a great next step.
