                        2. Development of 2nd Kairos in Fall semesters

                        3. Development of LIFT literature to use during orientation, LIFT night, etc

                        4. Continue to successfully run Kairos, Senior, and Freshmen retreat

                        5. Develop service retreat open to entire student body

                        6. Collaborate with community partner for Lenten reflection/retreat

                        7. Lift will institute annual Advent and Lenten reflections.

                        8. Investigate the possibility of obtaining a Campus Ministry Intern.

                        9. Acquire a budget in org 2470 for the LIFT program. Currently many LIFT retreats are proposed, negotiated and funded via the student run Lasallian Action Committee. Thus the College already pays for LIFT via a very convoluted process.
Expected Results: 1. Monthly LIFT community meetings will occur in Cornerstone, which will help plan for LIFT nights, LIFT events, and new and re-occuring LIFT retreats.

                        2. The necessary work to develop Kairos in the Fall will begin. Our first Kairos in the Fall is planned for 2018

                        3. A LIFT brochure or bookmark will be developed, to be adapted year to year

                        4. Kairos, Wisdom: Senior Retreat and First Year Experience will become standardized further, with the retreats dates set at least 12 months in advance.

                        5. A service retreat will occur in Camden at least annually.

                        6. LIFT will partner with Serviam Gardens for a Lenten reflection.

                        7. Advent and Lenten reflections will occur, and become more formalized in content and timing.
