Further develop the College Core Identity Seminars (CCIS) for new faculty and staff: (a) enhance support of the CCIS facilitators, (b) enhance the sustainability and relevance of the CCIS, and (c) consider ways for the CCIS to be more accessible to part-time adjunct faculty.

Explore feasibility of creating a College Core Identity Visiting Scholar position (i.e., endowed faculty chair) focused on assisting faculty as well as staff in with the integration of the Coleges Lasallian Catholic core identity learning goals into course curricula and program goals

Until such time as a Core Identity Visiting Scholar is onboard, provide assistance and encouragement to Student Life and faculty colleagues with their development of "Lasallian Experience" learning goals and teaching modules.

As the College Mission is inspired by the Lasallian heritage and it is a Catholic College, to enhance the understanding of these "core identities" as well as the sense of "Association for Mission" among the Trustees, organize and conduct a Trustees a pilgrimage excursion to Rome to include the Vatican, Catholic higher education officials, and the Lasallian Generalate.
