| Meet ID Card Production Schedules
On an annual basis, the ID Office produces approximately 4,300 ID Cards. All new students will be issued their ID card by the start of the Semester. All new employees are issued ID cards. In addition, Summer Camps and Conferences are issued ID Cards for their stay at the college.

| Jasper and Dining Dollars Budget of $900,000.
Correctly add $900,000 in Jasper and Dining dollars onto the ID cards based on the respective Meal Plans. Also, set up the new Commuter Meal Plan option for students. This is an additional $40,000. Track spending and make sure all accounts balance out with the Manhattan College Controllers Office.

| ID Card Replacement Revenue Generation
The ID Card Office provides customer service to replace a lost ID and to verify proper features on the ID Card. There is a $10 fee to replace a lost ID which generates approximately $8,000 in revenue per year.

| Continue to Expand ID Card Access Control on Campus
The ID Card Door Readers provide added safety and ensure the campus facilities are used by Manhattan College students and employees. In 2010, Manhattan College had 6 door readers. This has grown to the current total of 50 Door Readers. Currently, no new door reader plans scheduled.

| Develop Off Campus Housing Database
Develop and maintain the Off Campus Housing Database to assist in communicating with students living in the local Riverdale area.

| Support Attendance Tracking at Events
The ID card is used to register attendance at Manhattan College events. The ID card is read by the ITS Student Involvement Platform.

| Support Campus Investigations
ID Card records are provided as needed to Public Safety to facilitate investigations. Records such as door entries or meal/dining dollar activity are very useful.
