From the assignment list, there are two ways to access an assignment so student work can be uploaded. The user can click on the name of the assignment, or they can click the 'Actions' drop down menu and select 'Manage Submissions':

By clicking the name of the assignment, you will access the 'Manage Evidence' section of the assignment, after which you will need to select 'Manage Submissions in the upper center of the work area:

If you use the 'Actions' menu and select 'Manage Submissions,' you are taken directly to the 'Manage Submissions' area:

The first step to uploading student work is adding a 'clean' roster. Click the 'Start with a clean roster' button in the middle of the work area:

There are two ways to add rosters. One is with student identifers, and the second is with student identifiers and artifact names. This guide will include the first option of a simple roster.
Click 'Add Roster':

This pop-up will appear. You can download the CSV template file by clicking 'Download CSV Template.'
The template asks for the following:

All of this information is available in Argos in the Aqua Roster and Acad Demographics Dashboard:

A completed roster should look like this:

The student ID (B-number) is the first identifer. Be sure that the Course Code, Section ID, and Term all match the files that were submitted to Taskstream in the inital steps of the Project setup, or the roster will not load. For UCA Core Assessment, we only use the course grade. No Assignment Grade should be listed in the roster.
Once the roster is complete, you can drag and drop it into the pop-up. It will load, then click 'Next.'

If the Course Code, Section ID, or term do not match, you will receive the following error:

Once the roster loads you will see the following:

Click 'Done' and you will be directed to the roster screen:

From this screen, you can upload student work. Student work will have been collected from Blackboard, faculty submissions, and email, as prompted by the UCA Core Survey administered at the beginning of each semester.
To add student work, the user can click 'Add Files' or Drag and Drop the appropriate assignment to the student's name.

The work will upload. Some files take more time than others, so be patient. Once uploaded, the user can edit the name, download, or delete a file at any time prior to the launch of the evaluation. Students can also have as many files attached to them as the administrator sees fit. Be advised, the more files attached to a student, the more an evaluator will have to review when scoring.
The last step is hitting the 'Submit' button. DO NOT hit this button for UCA Core assessment. Because UCA Core is assessed using a stratified random sample, not every student assignment will be submitted for review.
Complete these steps for all course sections/CRN's, and add all student work. The Office of Assessment will oversee the stratified random sample and submit the appropriate files to the evaluation pool.
