The final step prior to launch evaluations includes the upload of the demographic files.  There are two files that must be sent to Taskstream and uploaded.

Those files include:

• Academic Demographic File
• Personal Demographic File

Both files must be completed for all students in all CRNs.

The Academic Demographic File collects the following:

The Personal Demographics File asks for the following:

This information is all available in Argos via the Aqua Personal Demographics dashboard:

These files can be completed after all student work is submitted, or the user can keep a running file as student work is collected from faculty.  

Once the files are complete, email them to help@taskstream.com to be uploaded into the Aqua system.
