Follow the link provided to you via email. Click "Customize" to begin entering your questions: 

You have two options. The first option is for a single selection question. This style of question uses a five point Likert scale. This scale cannot be altered. Type in your question and click the "X" to close the box. Your question will now be entered. But you are not done yet. Continue entering questions until you are ready to submit them. Instructions on submitting your questions are below. 

If you scroll down further on the landing page you will notice the second option, an open ended question. Click "Customize" to begin entering your question. 

This option provides a "short answer" format question. Type in your question and then click the "X" to close the box. Continue entering questions until you are ready to submit them. Instructions on submitting your questions are below. 

Once you have finished entering your questions you will see them noted as "Included" on the landing page. If you are finished adding questions, click "Submit." Your questions have now been submitted and will appear in the SCES for your course section. 

Additional Options: If you have completed entering questions but would like to save your work without submitting them so that you can return at another time, click "Save" before exiting the system. If you wish to use the same personalized questions in multiple sections, you can select 'Copy' from the drop down menu. The drop down menu is located directly to the right of the "Submit" button.
