The School Counseling Master’s degree (M.Ed.) must be completed within six (6) years from the completion date of the first graduate course counted toward the degree. Students not able to meet this timeframe must contact the School Counseling Program Coordinator and file a request for an extension. The Program Coordinator will forward the request to the Office of Graduate Services Director no later than one semester prior to the pre-established program end-date. An extension of time may be granted under certain circumstances.
