Upon graduation or should students decide to discontinue studies at SPCC, they will have access to Taskstream submissions for six months after their Taskstream account expires. During this time, an archive of their Taskstream work and scores/grades will be stored allowing for read-only access.

If students would like to retain documentation of their work, they are advised to use the Pack-It-Up option provided by Taskstream to download their work and save it to a flash drive. Should they choose to renew their  account, all work will remain available and become editable using the Taskstream tools.

To access the student Taskstream archive during this six-month period:

• Login to the Taskstream account and click the Access My Taskstream Archive button. This archive includes read-only copies of Taskstream work and the Pack-It-Up tool.
• To save work offline, click the Pack-It-Up: Save Offline tab of your Taskstream Archive.
• Click the Create a New Package button.
• Follow the directions for downloading a package of work to your computer. It may take up to 2 hours to process your package request.
• Once the student has been notified by e-mail that the package is ready, the package can be downloaded and then saved.
