  • Other articles, books, or resources related to your academic and/or internship experience 
  • Relevant photos, videos, etc. 
  • Other artifact that relates to the learning outcome

Curate each artifact in 2-3 sentences. Describe how each artifact represents your learning in relation to and attainment of this learning outcome.

Reflection on Artifacts (500 words minimum):

• Describe the 4 competencies from your plan you selected to develop over the course of the semester. Why did you initial select them? Do you believe you achieved competency in these areas? Why or why not?
• Describe your personal objectives from your completed learning plan. Do you believe you achieved them? Why or why not? 
• Did you find the process of tracking your competency and objectives over time beneficial or not? Why or why not? 
• Identify your contributions to your site and how your leadership identity (philosophy) evolved within your internship site. Compare these to your organization's structure, culture, and mission. How did they align or not align?

Cite at least 1-2 EXPL 390 readings within the reflection and make reference to your learning artifacts.
