I decided to portray this artifact to work side by side with this standard because it best shows how I will use technology with my students to establish communication with my students. I think wikispaces are the best way to insure technology use and enforce what is being learned in the classroom. It is very easy to work with, and very easy to post on, so I believe it works with almost any age group from first to twelfth grade, although younger students may need help from their parents or guardians. 

I chose this artifact because it is one of my favorites that I have done. I think it is a fun way to open classroom discussion. I also think that it is an easy way to hold discussion because it could be anonymous. This works for the students who like myself in elementary school are very shy, and hold  back many of their opinions for fear of rejection. This takes away that element of vulnerability. I am aware that as a teacher you have to support different learning styles and this is just one more way to branch out to different learners and personality types.
