3) The subject matter for this project is English Language Arts, specifically vocabulary.
4) One objective for this project is to show the students that a written definition is not the only way to convey the meaning of a word’ and that sometimes acting out a definition can get across the meaning of a word just as well as a regular definition.
5) This project could be used in a classroom because it encourages them to think outside the box. Giving them a word they probably have not used before, but has an easy enough meaning to act out in a movie. Then have them come up with their own way of portraying the definition without giving the written definition
