What are your biggest strengths?

My capacity to connect on a social level with others, my persistence, and my creativity.

What are your biggest weaknesses?

My tendency to complain in an effort to be heard, fear of letting others down, and struggling with multitasking. I hope to improve in these areas!

Tell me about the last time a co-worker or customer got angry with you. What happened?

There was a lady who was trying to return some Easter candy to get the correct price on it, because she said we had overcharged her. She was getting increasingly frustrated despite my best efforts to help her while following procedure. It was difficult because she did not have the candy with her and just wanted the correct price for it. It was only a difference of about a dollar, but I did my best, called my manager to ask what I should do, and eventually, together, we handled her return and price correction.

Describe your dream job.

It would definitely be having a part in the creative aspect of making video games! Preferably on the design or writing side of it. I would love to have a hand in creating an experience for others to have fun with and remember fondly. And get paid for it on top of that? That would definitely be the dream.

What kind of work environment do you like best?

A tightly knit one, where everyone is friendly with everyone and concerns can be talked about openly and honestly.
