In the beginning of the year, I will give each student 3 "Free Passes."  The pass can be used in three ways, a hall pass, a bathroom Pass, or a late assignment pass.  The student must present the pass to me at the time they want to use it.  To avoid any Fraud I will write each students name on their pass before I hand it out to them.  If at the end of the year students have left over passes, they can turn them into me for extra credit.
