CDX has lesson plans with workplace rediness skills such as communication, team work, ethics etc

AYES Mentor Intern training is two-day intense workplace readiness training for both the student and the mentor. The purpose is to get the intern and mentor together to learn their individual personality types and their expectations of each other. They also learn the best ways to deal with workplace situations that may come up.

All students create a resume using the Career Cruising web site so they can access from anywhere and update it as necessary. These resume's will be used for the AYES student/dealer interview day at the school. This activity helps the students prepare for the workplace.
