This artifact "Interactive Whiteboard" falls under the domain 3c because it ultilizes materials and technologies for diverse learning styles. The pedagogical justification for the way the students will use the Promethean Board to enhance the content knowledge is that it will provide the students with a total physical response to the content knowledge, which will in turn assist the students in memorization and recognition of the US states and capitals in a non-traditional way. The use is content driven and not technology driven because I would start the lesson with the content, and then use the technology to support the content.
