Artifact: Introduction to Classroom

Domain 2a: Creating an Environment of Respect and Rapport
Welcome Back (Lg.) This artifact falls under the domain 2a because it was a welcome presentation that I shared with all of my students in both my Field Experience and Student Teaching. I did this in an attempt to establish a good rapport with the students as indiviudals, in order to connect with them on a genuine level to let them feel comfortable with me as their teacher. By sharing a few things about myself, as well as students share some interesting facts about themselves on Student Questionaire (attached), I believe I was able to establish an environment of respect that valued each student as an individual.
