Be sure that any photos that are included in your portfolio do NOT include any recognizable students. Written permission from a parent or guardian must be obtained if photos of students are used. Use photos of their work, projects, bulletin boards, etc. These should be formatted so they load quickly. Administrators won't want to wait for attachments to load.
