Unified school districts are K-12 inclusive systems that includes San Diego Unified, which contains one of the major student populations in the state of California.  We suggest that you visit the individual district web sites to gain critical information on their hiring requirements.  Multiple requirements are typical with the larger systems such as San Diego Unified School District.  In addition, we suggest that you review the best practices for substitute teaching in order to obtain and maintain employment.
