Purpose

An early childhood fantasy/dream job I have always wanted to do/be was a teacher or a vet. A vet so I can help animals and love on them and a teacher because, when I was younger, I loved making pages and worksheets up and “grading” them. I would play teacher for hours and I would operate on my stuffed animals and bandage them up, even longer. I think even when I was younger I wanted to inspire others to do what is right and that is the main goal in my mission statement: to inspire others to be their own person and to do what is right. “God is within her, she will not fail” Proverbs 46:5 is my motto and/or quote that I remember daily and I mix in with my mission statement. It gives me motivation to keep going and it gives inspiration that I will not fail if I have God on my side, and that’s a promise. I think that motto should be enough to get anyone through the day and to give them some peace and hope when it comes to living life. This verse means a great deal to me and I plan for it to be my inspiration and my motivation as I advance towards my career and eventually work it.

My object that I chose was a dream catcher. I picked this to represent me and my work because I think dreams are super important to focus on and try to follow. There is no such thing as a dream or a goal that is too big to achieve but I hope, in my career, to help kids to focus on their goals, dreams, and aspirations. I know the point of a dreamcatcher is to catch all the negative and bad dreams and I think it is important to throw out all negativity there may be about your dreams and I think it is important to separate the good and the bad and if it possible to redirect the bad in a way that makes it good and redirect to help them make a difference.
