My next step is to interview Ashton and see his thoughts on what he thought and what he liked/ didn't like about his special education work. I know for a few short conversions with him, he loved the kids. I would love to get into some internships to see if I would really like it or if I would have second thoughts. My cousin Taylor used to nanny for a girl with down syndrome and I would love to interview her and see her beliefs and thoughts in the matter. I also know one other person I would love to interview who worked in a school with special needs. I can’t wait to move on to the bigger steps and start to get into schools and shadow and internship and get deeper into the community of special education.
