Children's Literature

classroom read-aloud 2

Children's Literature is a course that identifies the importance on Literature in a child's life. We began the semester on the history and importance for read-alouds and wrapping the semester up with enriching our student's lives with Literature our classrooms. It focused again on how Multicultrual Literature is so vital to have in your classroom library and the benefits for children having books readily available for them. This course worked in the Arizona Standards for Reading and helped to create two lesson plans to incorporate a hands on lesson for ourselves as future teachers.
