Bolivia's Child Laborers

I encourage all to watch the full video, however if you have limited time, please see 1:15-2:15 and 4:36-5:42.

Bolivia is a country with one million children and teenagers who are working. Half of them are below the age of 14 years. They work with the intention of helping out their family, however they often do not get paid anything or get paid very little. When this video was published, Bolivia was working on passing a law to lower the working age. Since then, Bolivia successfully passed a law in 2014 that allows children of 10 years of age to work legally. Child labor is a large issue around the world.
