Head, Heart, Hand
"Education at John Brown University has never been merely academic. John Brown Sr., founder and first president of the institution, was committed to a well-rounded philosophy of studies that focused on the holistic development of students."
"Emphasis should be placed equally on the head, heart and hands," Brown said. "If we neglect any of these in our teaching, the result will be an unbalanced person."
"Brown believed that America's higher education was greatly unbalanced. Instead of pure book learning, the founder sought a form of scholarship that also involved practical skill and spiritual instruction." - JBU

The following 6 sub-sections are the core outcomes I produced from my 18 month journey at John Brown University. They are real-time applicable, Jesus centered, and critical for any business to employ.
Application and Analysis
Effective organizational management is all about creating the best you possible. It's all about focusing and getting your team right. It's about giving everyone the correct tools to make them the most informed, equipped, and efficient team possible. It's servant leadership; remember when Jesus washed the disciples feet and sacrificed himself on the cross for us all? Exactly.
Just as mentioned above, everything in this portfolio has touched every aspect of my life. The Head, Heart, & Hand effect. The principles and application has also touched every aspect of my businesses. My modeling- Faith Like Daniel Give Back program, photography-creating a storyboard, consulting/scripting/motivational speaking-applicable concepts and training, and of course landing my great day job at The Walton Family Foundation. All the glory going to God; he gave me my strengths, directed my path to JBU, and it's been an incredible ride.
