1. Behind the Brand

i_wireless_Center.jpg
Today you will begin to lay the foundation for your brand.  You will first choose a team, entertainer, event, or entertainment venue for which you would like to create a brand. Next, you must develop the organizational position, purpose, mission, composition, and culture.  These decisions will also be apparent in your advertising and marketing plans.

The Key Components to a Brand
  1. Competitive Advantages - What do you do better than anyone else?
  2. Purpose of Your Organization - Why do you do what you do? (Besides making money?)
  3. Composition of Your Organization - Do you have talent and resources in the right spots?
  4. Company Culture - What attitude does your company project to the public?  What is it like to work for your company?
  5. Mission Statement - What is your company now and what do you do to be successful?
