I Believe...

1. The classroom environment should be accepting of all students.

2. All children are worth the effort and deserve the best education.

3. There should be consistency within the classroom. This includes: lessons, routines, and procedures.

4. Students need to learn to take responsibility for their choices and their actions.

5. Teachers and students should follow the "Golden Rule."

6. Teachers should acknowledge students without using labels to define them.

7. Teachers should instill a sense of community where children and parents will feel valued, appreciated, welcomed, and safe.

Creo Que...

1. El ambiente escolar debe ser la aceptación de todos los estudiantes.

2. Todos los niños merecen la pena y merecen la mejor educación.

3. Debe haber coherencia en el aula. Esto incluye: lecciones, rutinas y procedimientos.

4. Los estudiantes necesitan aprender a tomar responsabilidad por sus decisiones y sus acciones.
