Newsletter Rationale:

Context:

I wrote up a newsletter about myself to give to the students and parents in the classroom I'll be working in. I used Microsoft publisher to create my newsletter. I scanned in pictures of me, and used photo shop to crop the pictures.

Impact:

I used this newsletter to tell the parents and students in the classroom a little bit about me before they met me. It impacted the students because they already knew some of my interests before they met me.

NETS-T V-C I have met this competency because I have applied technology to increase productivity.

NETS-T V-D I have met this competency because I used technology to communicate with my peers, parents, and the community in order to help the students to learn.

NCDPI Standard 16, Indicator 3 I have met this goal because I have communicated with the parents, guardians, and caretakers to build a partnership between the home and school.
