My philosophy of teaching style would have to be how to help the students learn.  I believe that the organization of the class room is important.  I think that the instruction of the class is helpful for the learning of the students.  I believe that the students act better to a good set up in the class room.  I believe doing activities hands-on is a good way to help the students learn. I also like to do other interactive activities; such as playing games with the students and helping them understand the information in a new and fun way.  I enjoy working one on one with children.  Individualized instruction is good tool to use in the classroom, it helps children learn without the influence of my thoughts and ideas in the process and just needing me to assist when they need me.
