Sara consistently provided the tutors with training programs and workshops, documentation, and emails full of materials to help make the center and its tutors more successful in assisting their clients. She completely reinvented the tutoring center and united the center to gain positive rapport throughout the Loyola academic community. During my last semester, I was promoted to a Tutor lead position where I had the opportunity to work closer with Sara on a daily basis.                 Outside of promoting business for the Tutoring Center, Sara goes above and beyond her duties to ensure her employees are satisfied.
