PLEASE NOTE:

  • Because this is a template, you should NOT include the instructions listed in each section in your final project. Therefore, after you have added all your content, please go in and delete the instructions. To do that, you will click the "delete section" button in the upper right corner of the box where the instructions are listed within the "text and image section."

Imagine your life in the future.  Where will you be?  How will you be contributing to a better world?  Who will you take on the journey?  The decisions you make today will allow you to realize your hopes for tomorrow.

Here to guide you is The Loyola Experience—a plan of integrated academic, spiritual, and co-curricular activities guided by your own unique gifts, talents, and desires. While you have the ultimate responsibility for your own Loyola Experience, our faculty and staff remain committed to challenging and supporting you to graduation and beyond.

This e-portfolio template provides you the foundation to document and reflect on your own Loyola Experience. The reflection questions, goals, milestones, and Key Experiences will guide you to think about what makes your Loyola Experience unique and meaningful to you and how it helps you grow to become an engaged citizen of the world. You will begin your e-portfolio in UNIV 101 or 201. Continue to build it over the years as you grow and are changed by your involvement in the Loyola community.

Some overall tips:

  • Use the areas listed as suggestions to guide your submissions.

  • Express your learning and reflection in the ways that make sense to you. Use media, words, photos and other artifacts that best express your point of view. Tutorials, examples, and ideas are available on the ePortfolio website.

  • Add or remove sections as you deem appropriate (outside of class requirements, of course!)

  • If you require assistance with Taskstream you can call Taskstream for technical support.  If you need assistance or ideas on implementing the different multimedia options, you should reach out to the Center for Experiential Learning for help!
