Every year, since I was born, my parents have taken time off from their busy work schedules to plan a vacation. Most of the time, it has been to the beach either in Florida, South Carolina, or Virginia. In Florida, we have taken trips to Hollywood Beach near Fort Lauterdale, or a beach house in Anna Maria Island of which has been in the family for generations. In South Carolina we have visited Myrtle Beach as well as Hilton Head, and we have camped on the beach on Assateague Island in Virginia. These family vacations are something that has been a tradition my whole life, and I fully intend on carrying the tradition on for the rest of my life. I believe family vacations are very important because its a time where everyone can get together and bond in a relaxing setting. It is also something that I am able to look forward to throughout the entire year! This image is from a beach that my family and I visited while in Key West, Florida during the summer of 2014.
