After I've paid rent for an apartment for far too long, have plans to get married, and have settled into a career, I intend to purchase my first home! Though it may not be my dream home, it wil be something that my spouse or spouse-to-be can afford, and are happy with! I look forward to having a place that is fully 'ours' instead of living in my parents' home while I was growing up, or paying hundreds of dollars to rent out an apartment for a temporary period of time. Buying a house will be a sure sign of financial maturity for me and is something I look forward to in the future!
