Well done! The Physics Girls Camp was a hit!  

My daughter loved it and wished it lasted two (2) weeks instead of three (3) days! I remember she asked me, What do engineers do? and she told me of your comment. You have given this girl a huge encouragement to seek options that may not have occurred to us before. During this early adolescent period of life, the comments that are made by authority figures can alter a child's perceptions of herself. Thank you for this extremely positive experience!

Thank you for sending the links, wonderful watching all the fun the girls had, l have proudly sent it to all my relatives. When my daughter turned ten,all she wanted for gift was a cake mixer, her aunt bought it for her, she was a very happy girl,and my kitchen was a mess everyday, she can bake very well for her age. We, her teachers and parents noticed she is good in the science subjects, but have no interest in science itself. But this camp, might have change that, when she got home on the first day, she couldn't stop talking about it, and how there is such a thing as a Food Scientists. So thank you very much for providing this great opportunity for my daughter.

My daughter had a great time! She loves to do the hands-on learning. The young women who worked with the girls were very awesome role models. They made learning exciting and fun! I wanted to let you know how much our family appreciated our daughter being given the opportunity to participate in this event. Any chance that a young student is provided to get deeper into math and science I feel should be taken advantage of. Many are intimidated by the words themselves but when given an opportunity, such as this, have their eyes opened to what they can do.

The hands on, practical, introduction to science made it fun and interesting. Participating in this event has open new conversations between us about what our daughter's future might be.

I want to take this time to thank you for providing an enrichment opportunity for middle school aged girls. We were warmly welcomed to the campus. The Physics Camp allowed my daughter to venture beyond, her comfort zone. Not only did she make new friends, but she was able to conduct hands-on physics experiments. Daily, she excitedly would explain what she did and was able to explain how and why, regarding the experiments. Again, thank you for providing this wonderful opportunity, to enrich the minds of middle school girls.
