ELCC is the specialty professional organization used by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) in its reviews of educational leadership programs. Along with input from major educational leadership organizations, ELCC has set forth specific standards that reflect the knowledge, skills and dispositions that educational leaders should possess.
