Personal Reflection Paper

Excerpt from my paper: "I chose to focus on adult learners because they are the population that dominates the online environment. Because of my indoctrination to academia, I want to understand more about them so I know how to push them outside of their boxes and get their attention as academics. That means I want to challenge them, while also simulating some of the face to face environment as a means of reinforcing the academic contexts in which their learning is situated" (p. 2).
