My name is Sister Helen Rau, OSM. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan and was taught by the Servants of Mary. When I decided to enter religious life I moved to Omaha and there I was professed a Servant of Mary. My first degree was from a school in Omaha. I taught many years in both grade school and high school.
Bachelor of Arts from Duchense College of the Sacred Heart, Omaha, Nebraska.

I have ministered at Salpointe Catholic High School since 1990 and have taught in the theology department and been a counselor at Salpointe since that time. Before 1990 I counseled at Marian High School, our community school in Omaha, Nebraska. I love working at Salpointe Catholic High School and believe in the youth of today.
