Websites for Teaching Matter

Phases of Matter Rationale

Context: I used Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox as a search engine in order to find websites that would be useful in helping teachers and students to teach and learn about matter.

Impact: This webpage would be wonderful in a classroom because it has websites that teachers can use to help teach their students and also further their knowledge about the phases of matter. There are interactive websites on this webpage that allow students to see how the particles in solids, liquids, and gases act, and they are even able to change the temperature at which you are using these websites. There is one website that could be used for teachers or students because it is upper level knowledge about the phases of matter and give facts about the phases and tell how one phases changes into another phase of matter.

Alignment: I have met this standard by knowing about major concepts in science and continuing my knowledge as a teacher of the phases of matter.
