• After the smoke clears, I like looking back at my team's accomplishments and taking a moment to celebrate: "Yeah, we rock."  
   
• I believe that every person and situation is a teacher; no matter the outcome, educational level, the title, the experience or the industry.
   
• I appreciate structure, timelines, efficiency and big picture thinking- a little pressure in the room never hurts.
   
• Every day, I get outside to run, bike, walk, or practice yoga to stay healthy and inspired.
