Indicators 1 and 3: These indicators were met through all of the attached lessons. This Impact Unit teaches about the Solar System with different activities that relate to the planets, their locations, and their distances.
Standard 10:
This standard was met through the Impact Unit. Students were expected to use science processing skills to answer questions about the solar system. They were expected to predict, measure, interpret, and analyze throughout the different activities in this lesson.
Standard 15:
Indicator 1: This indicator was met through assignments that can be used with a diverse group of students. The assignments are hands on and designed to give personal attention to underrepresented groups of students.
