Context:

I have created an online portfolio to house a substantial amount of work that I have completed during my senior year at Appalachian. Nearly all of the written assignments that I have completed thus far or here for inspection and appreciation.

Impact:

This serves many purposes. My professors can easily view and grade the work I have completed for their classes, I have an aesthetically pleasing venue for my work that I may show to potential employers, and I may use this site to gain access to my own work anywhere in the world.

Alignment:

This aligns to NETS-T IA: Basic Technology Skills in many ways. This portfolio illustrates my level of proficiency in technology. I have used this forum to electronically make public and accessible my assignments throughout the year as well as submitted work to professors for grading. I have become very familiar with many aspects of this medium and feel confident that I can use the knowledge I have gained to enhance my classroom in any way that I see fit.
