Kathy Napier is beginning her twenty-first year teaching at Elk Knob Elementary.  She has a total of twenty-six years of teaching experience.  Kathy has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Education kindergarten through four.  She is married to Rick and has two children, Jared and Holly.  She resides in Jonesville, VA.
