Dottie is beginning her fourth year at Elk Knob Elementary teaching Head Start.  Dottie has ten years of teaching experience in Fredrick, Maryland.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and is certified to teach PreK through third grade.  Dottie resides in Pennington Gap, VA.
