This module assesses how ideas from the three projects reviewed could be implemented in my classroom situation and the school as a whole. It also discusses the limitations of accessing resources due to the geography and socioeconomic status in the area in which I live and teach.
AZ- Arizona's Professional Teacher Standards
Standard 5: The teacher collaborates with colleagues, parents, the community and other agencies to design, implement, and support learning programs that develop students' abilities to meet Arizona's academic standards and transition from school to work or post-secondary educationThe performance assessment shall measure the extent to which the teacher:
Assessed performance 2: Collaborates with other professionals and agencies to improve the overall learning environment for students
Assessed performance 3: Accesses community resources and services to foster student learning
