Traditional/Accelerated/Alternate Route Candidates

Complete this assignment following the directions outlined by your course instructor. Choose your course instructor as the evaluator for your final assignment.

Each candidate will be assigned an individual legal case to assess issues identified in relation to relevant court cases, legal statutes, and/or governmental laws/regulations (e.g. IDEA, Section 504, ADA, State of Idaho laws and regulations) and will provide appropriate options to avoid or prevent the stated problem(s.)   All written work will use People First language. Candidates will also present a ten (10) minute oral report to the class in which they describe the details of the case and discuss legal issues and appropriate options.
