With this evidence I have focused my work on teachers being empowered as leaders utilizing proven strategies such as Marzano's High Yield strategies as well as key principles discovered in the research imperative in the development of quality professional development and professional learning communities. I have worked to initiate conversations about the importance of peer coaching and consistent collaboration to benefit students. The evidences provided (attached) have demonstrated a higher number of teachers this year are engaging in PLC's than last year.
