If outcomes on technology and classroom management have been my struggles throughout the program, outcome 8 on assessment has been my most exciting. I never expected to be intrigued by assessment, but when viewed as discovering the measure of growth of students, it has obvious invested interests for teachers: it shows how we directly impact their lives for the better or for the worse. While I am only proficient in assessment, this is one outcome I hope to turn into an art form as I continue in my career, constantly forming clearer systems to keep me accountable as a teacher.
