In this outcome, as you will see explained further in my professional improvement plan, my strengths as an educator lie in technology, addressing the needs of ELLs, and classroom management.  Where they need improvement is meeting the needs of all learners requiring accomodations, an increased senstivity to the cultural diversity of all of my students, and the usage of more informal assessments.
