This artifact represents my knowledge in assessing students informally in a school setting. Assessments are important to both teachers and students to allow for specific lessons to occur and evaluate the students achievements and reveal areas that students need assistance.

This report demonstrates my knowledge in using assessments to evaluate students needs and use direct instruction in accomplishing helping the students to meet their learning. The lesson plan examples display my ability to create direct instruction plans and implement them in the classroom. My reflection is evidence of the growth that I have experienced through this field experience.
