The Year 1 Formative Progress Review (FPR) is meant to be a way to reflect on progress toward SMART goals in relation to Ohio Educator Standards, Year 1 Areas of Focus and District Initiatives.  It is essential that both REs and Mentors work together to examine evidence and work completed in this portfolio in order to begin to prepare for completion of this document.  In February, you will be reviewing the FPR Power Point, Guidance Document and Interactive Template shared below during our monthly Professional Development session.  Feel free to review all of the shared resources with your Mentor to adequately prepare and gather evidence for successful completion of the FPR through the remainder of the year.

1. Download the FPR Interactive Template and Save it to your Year 1 RE Folder.
2. Review the FAQ below with your Mentor.
3. Review the "Sources of Evidence" list shared below with your Mentor and ensure that you are collecting the appropriate and correlating documention for your completion of your FPR.
